I so need to find some good ones. I feel like my legs are toning and losing weight because I go walking in the evening and upstairs/downstairs plenty at work but I need to start focusing on my core. I’m carrying a small weight around as well to work on my arms as I walk but I need some good workouts for my abs.
AAAAAAAAND, LET THE GOOGLING COMMENCE!

Haha, no problem.
Crispy seaweed sheets are good. You can buy it from Trader Joe’s (last I checked it was 99c a pack) or in bulk at Costco. Seaweed salads (the “soggy kind”) are pretty delicious to!

Aww, thanks! It means a lot, truly.
As for some healthy snacks, have you tried seaweed? They come in those little box packs and are supposed to be very good for you. I’m a bit old school and buy the seaweed sheets for sushi from Asian supermarkets as I find they have less salt and only 10 calories a sheet.
Pomegranate seeds are awesome as well and full of antioxidants.
I also love granola and since it’s full of fiber you’ll feel full faster. You should try to make your own trail mix! If you don’t like nuts you can use dried fruit and soybeans. My friend does that because she is such a picky eater.
You also can’t go wrong with a good old-fashioned apple! =]
I’ve snacked on all these and <3 it.
Greek yogurt and pomegranate seeds form TJ’s and cocoa pomegranate trail mix from Archer Farms at Target…soooooo gooood
EDIT: The total calorie count for this lovely breakfast comes out to 228.5 calories. Considering that this is an extremely filling breakfast full of fiber…this is pretty good. Always holds me over all the way through lunch and then longer…
Found these while playing on the internet. Get that message out there!!! :D
